Evans Capacitor Company are specified for demanding aerospace, defense, and energy exploration applications including radar, laser, power hold-up/bridge power, downhole drilling, electronic warfare and many more. They replace standard military capacitors, or augment batteries and power supplies where size, weight, reliability and quality are important factors of component selection. We develop and manufacture advanced capacitors for aerospace, defense, and other demanding applications. Join a company that not only cares about you as an individual, but a company that cares about your future.Position Responsibilities: Perform a variety of accounting-related tasks, A/P, A/R, scanning, billing, answering phones, and clerical tasks to assist the operations

• Welcome all visitors and unsure they are properly screened
• Accounts receivable
• Accounts payable
• Administrative assistant
• Reconcile Balance Sheet Accounts
• Weekly Check runs
• Ensures timely and accurate processing of all accounts payable invoices before submission
• Reviewing Vendor billings for accuracy
• Establishes and maintains data entry for documents and projects.Ensures compliance and attention to all corporate policies and procedures
  
  Requirements:
  Position Requirements:
  • Associate's degree in a related field preferred
  • One year previous experience in accounting related administration -- we will take education into consideration, as well as strong general office
  • Have good customer service
  • Ability to effectively and professionally handle multiple competing deadlines, priorities and responsibilities
  • Must be self-motivated, self-disciplined, with the ability to communicate verbally and in writing.
  • Expected to work collaboratively in a team environment and willing to be a contributing member of a team
