Role Description This is a part-time, on-site role for a Front Desk Chiropractic Assistant located in North Easton, MA. Responsibilities include welcoming patients, handling phone calls, managing appointment schedules, collecting co-pays, assisting with general receptionist duties, verifying patient's insurance benefits for both Chiropractic and Physical Therapy and providing excellent customer service. The role involves being a key point of contact for patients and representing the welcoming culture of Easton Health Solutions. Qualifications Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to communicate effectively with patients and team members Proficiency in phone etiquette and appointment scheduling Experience with receptionist duties, including managing front desk operations Experience with verification of health insurance benefits Demonstrated excellence in customer service and creating a welcoming environment Strong organizational skills and attention to detail Proficiency in using scheduling and administrative software is a plus Ability to handle confidential patient information responsibly High school diploma or equivalent required
