Job Title: Provider Onboarding and Marketing Outreach Manager Location: Kettle Point GENERAL SUMMARY OF DUTIES: Under the supervision of the upper management team, the Provider Onboarding and Marketing Outreach Manager is responsible for the onboarding of new physicians/practices. Promoting UOI culture and Mission Statement, "Provide the Highest Quality Orthopedic Care Integrated with World Class Education and Research." During Practice Transition and Onboarding, the ideal candidate will work onsite with acquired physicians/practices. Serve as a conduit to the Chief Operating Officer, Chief Finance Officer, and Human Resources Director to coordinate staff reassignment and training in order to establish UOI workflows to support the day-to-day operations during the transition phase until new physicians/practices reach steady state operations. This includes new implementations, training, content management, and quality assurance. In addition, the Provider Onboarding and Marketing Outreach Manager is responsible for planning, directing, coordinating, and evaluating the practice's marketing strategies. Work with internal and external marketing team to plan promotional campaigns. Travel between RI & MA offices required as needed. Essential Duties and Responsibilities: Revamp and implement the current physician onboarding process to ensure their practice is built efficiently. Manage all aspects of the onboarding process for new Physicians and Practices. Function as the main point of contact for new physicians to navigate through our detailed onboarding process. Work with appropriate departments to direct marketing efforts, introduction to the Patient Access Center and finance/billing team, ensure credentialing and privileging is being processed efficiently, and enforce the location and on call schedules within our contracts. Provide on-site pre- and post-implementation support and practice management. Manage new providers Athena schedule to ensure productivity goals are on track. Assist in identifying new provider office staff and facilitate discussions regarding additional office staff including APPs.

  • Work with Human Resources and Operations to ensure the onboarding goals are met.
  • Establish and maintain relationships among potential referral sources.
  • Provide information and be a point of contact to referral sources and potential members.
  • Provide monthly reports and updates to leadership team on outreach efforts.
  • Work closely with leadership to implement a strategic outreach plan.
  • Develop short and long-term outreach plan and goals for practice.
  • Engage the community through PCP offices, schools, social services, and other organizations.
  • Plan and coordinate outreach activities in designated areas that are intended to identify and capture the attention of the communicates we serve.
  • Work with CFO, COO, and HR to ensure appropriate marketing efforts are implemented for new providers/practices.
  • Promotes and spreads UOI's culture of service excellence.
  • Establish and maintain effective relationships with UOI department leaders including, Credentialing, Finance, Admin, Clinical, PAC, Billing, IT, etc. to ensure a successful onboarding of the new provider/practice.
  • Perform additional duties as assigned by the upper management team to meet goals. Skills, Knowledge, and Experience:
  • Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field.
  • Minimum 2 years' experience in a healthcare setting.
  • Experience leading or participating in process improvement initiatives.
  • Experience with new employee onboarding or training.
  • Ability to independently administer a program.
  • Possess excellent marketing, communication, time management, and organizational skills.
  • Be self-driven with business development goals and the ability to execute plans to achieve desired outcomes.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, OneDrive, etc.
