Base Salary to 40.00/hour - Waterbury, VT Our client, a
well-established fuel distribution company, is seeking an
experienced HVAC Technician to join their growing Oil and Propane
Division in Middlebury, Vermont. This position focuses on
performing high-quality service, maintenance, and installation work
while ensuring safety, accuracy, and excellent customer service. As
the company continues to expand, they are looking for a dedicated
technician who takes pride in their craft and delivers reliable,
professional results. Responsibilities: Perform HVAC installations,
replacements, and service work for oil and propane systems.
Complete diagnostic assessments, troubleshoot equipment issues, and
recommend appropriate repair solutions. Ensure all work complies
with safety standards, state requirements, and industry best
practices. Maintain high workmanship standards by completing all
tasks with precision and professionalism. Provide exceptional
customer service by communicating clearly, resolving concerns, and
ensuring client satisfaction. Qualifications: 3 years of experience
in HVAC service and installation. A valid Vermont propane piping
and service technician license and/or CETP certification; EPA
certification is a plus. Hands-on propane experience with
installations and service work Compensation: Base salary in the
30.00 - 40.00/hour range 401k plan with a 5% company match. Company
vehicle provided for work-related use. Comprehensive healthcare
