Job Description Job Description Journeyman Plumber Pay: $40–$45/hr Location: Massachusetts Type: Full-Time Start: ASAP Overview We’re hiring a Massachusetts?licensed Journeyman Plumber for installation?focused work across residential and commercial projects. This role is ideal for a plumber who thrives in fast?paced, code?driven environments like restaurants and schools and takes pride in clean, compliant installs. What You’ll Do Install plumbing systems for new construction and renovations Work on residential homes, restaurants, and schools Read and interpret blueprints, drawings, and specs Install water supply, drainage, fixtures, and equipment Troubleshoot install issues and ensure code compliance Coordinate with contractors, inspectors, and project teams Follow MA plumbing codes and company safety standards What We’re Looking For Active MA Journeyman or Master Plumber license 3 years of residential and/or commercial install experience Strong knowledge of plumbing codes (food service & schools a plus) Ability to run installs independently from start to finish Comfortable on ladders, lifts, and in tight spaces OSHA 10 and standard hand/power tool experience preferred Why Join Us $40–$45/hr based on experience Contract?to?hire opportunity Year?round, steady work with overtime potential Health, dental, and retirement benefits Pay increases and company service van after 6 months Supportive, family?owned company culture Work Environment Primarily commercial retail and residential projects Always paired with another Journeyman for safety Team that values independence, accountability, and quality work Job Type & Location This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Worcester, MA. Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $40.00 - $45.00/hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
