Service Center in Worcester, MA. As a Service Representative, you
are the heartbeat of our commercial operations. You will serve as
the primary point of contact for agents and policyholders, ensuring
they have the documentation and support needed to keep their
businesses running smoothly. salary: $19.99 - $20 per hour shift:
First work hours: 9:30 AM - 7 PM education: High School
Responsibilities What You’ll Do: Handle a variety of incoming and
outbound inquiries from agents and policyholders via phone and
email, providing professional and accurate solutions. Process high
volumes of Certificate of Insurance (COI) and ID card requests
Manage and index several Customer Service Center digital mailboxes
to ensure all requests are routed and handled efficiently. Conduct
proactive outbound calls regarding new business, renewals, and
customer satisfaction to strengthen client relationships. What
You’ll Bring: 2 years of experience in a customer service
environment. Oral and written communication skills Prior experience
or working knowledge of Commercial Rating or Agency Customer
Service is "preferred." Compensation & Benefits: $20.00 per hour
Monday–Friday 9:30 am – 6:00 pm OR 10:30 am – 7:00 pm Major medical
