Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and live chat
regarding financial products and services. Assist customers with
account setup, management, and issue resolution. Provide accurate,
valid, and comprehensive information by using the right tools,
resources, and techniques. Handle customer complaints, provide
appropriate solutions and alternatives within the time limits, and
follow up to ensure resolution. Stay current with Fidelity's
financial products, services, and policies. Collaborate with team
members to achieve better results and foster a positive work
environment. Participate in ongoing learning and training to
improve job knowledge and performance. Strong verbal and written
communication skills Ability to multitask, prioritize and manage
time effectively High emotional intelligence and excellent
interpersonal skills Basic knowledge of financial services and
products Proficiency in using computer software and customer
relationship management (CRM) systems Medical Insurance Dental
Insurance Vision Insurance 401k Customer Service Certification
(e.g., HDI Customer Service Representative, Certified Customer
Service Professional (CCSP)) preferred. Knowledge of financial
markets, securities, and products is a plus.
