Job description: We're a distinguished leader in Telecommunications technology, with a proven track record of driving the advancement of gigabit networks.We require junior network engineers to join our company to support a major real estate and network relocation project in Boston.ResponsibilitiesMain responsibilities will include assisting the Senior Network Engineers in the design, planning, integration, migration, and decommissioning of the following layers:

• Outside Plant - Fibre
• Inside Plant - Racks, Cabling, etc.
• DWDM
• SDH
• IP
• DCN
• Critical Infrastructure (Space, Power, Cooling)In addition, this role will require utilising bespoke inventory systems and will require individuals who have a methodical and logical approach to data analysis and manipulation. The role will also offer the chance to travel. Above all, we are looking for individuals with enthusiasm, motivation, and willingness to learn and take on responsibility. This is a great opportunity to gain industry experience with a view to potentially securing a long-term role.Skills RequiredRequirements:
• Degree or MSc qualified in an Engineering Subject
• Knowledge of telecommunication principles
• Conversant with Microsoft Office
• Good communication skills (written and verbal)
• IP principles and Networks experience desirable
• Advanced Excel or Access Skills
• AC/DC Power experience desirable
• Practical/hands-on experience with telecommunication equipment (routers, switches, etc.)
