Description We are seeking a skilled CNC Operator to join our
manufacturing team. In this role, you will operate CNC SWISS
machines to produce precision parts, ensuring they meet
specifications and quality standards. Responsibilities Operate a
cell of 1-2 CNC SWISS machines. Utilize basic blueprints to ensure
parts meet specifications. Conduct minor inspections and perform
1st piece inspections on parts. Start machines at the beginning of
shifts and load raw materials into machines. Identify and mark
defective parts due to visual issues. Perform minor deburring of
parts as necessary. Identify when tooling needs replacement.
Essential Skills 1-2 years of CNC operating experience with lathe
or SWISS machines. Experience reading blueprints. Proficiency in
using quality tools such as calipers and gauges. Additional Skills
& Qualifications Experience in medical or aerospace industries.
Experience with Coordinate Measuring Machines (CMM). Understanding
of Geometric Dimensioning and Tolerancing (GD&T). Why Work

Environment Work in a very clean medical environment where eye
protection is required. The schedule is Monday through Thursday
from 3 PM to 1 AM, with the possibility of overtime on Fridays and
occasionally Saturdays. Job Type & Location This is a Contract to
Hire position based out of Plymouth, IN. Pay and Benefits The pay
range for this position is $23.00 - $26.00/hr. Eligibility
requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job
classification and length of employment. Benefits are subject to
