Calling all Art Directors, type geeks and layout lovers: (add)ventures' design team is growing! We're on the hunt for a Contract Art Director. This position is Remote at this time and 30-40 hours/week. The art director will work closely with our Sr. Art and Creative directors, graphic designers, -strategists, -and copywriters to conceptualize, ideate, direct, -and oversee the production of -a -project's deliverables -from beginning to end. Expertise in developing, translating, and refining brand guidelines for -a range of -retail, -corporate, and other applications and projects, in digital and print mediums and for multiple channels, is preferred.

The art director must be able to translate -strategies into compelling, clear, -and creative -graphic and experience design solutions -and support -our Sr. Art and Creative directors, designers and other cross-disciplinary team members.
Ideal candidates -are -self-starters with outstanding communication skills who can work with minimal oversight -both remotely and on-sight as needed.

Qualified candidates will have:

• Minimum of -7 to 10+ years of -experience -(cumulative) -in a graphic designer, sr. graphic design, or art direction role
• A portfolio highlighting mastery in graphic design across multiple mediums and channels including retail
• Expert knowledge across Adobe Creative Suite
• BFA in accredited Graphic Design or Communications Design program preferred
• Ability to receive -creative -direction and provide art direction -to other team members
• Strong attention to detail and organization skills
• Ability to be flexible and adapt quickly
