• Growth opportunitiesJob DetailsJob Details:Our company is is seeking a highly motivated, detail-oriented Project Manager with a strong background in Residential Construction. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of the construction industry's dynamics and demonstrate the ability to oversee multiple projects simultaneously. This role requires a hands hands-on approach, exceptional exceptional communication skills, and and a passion for delivering high-quality residential projects. The Project Manager will be responsible for the successful planning, coordination, and execution of all stages of residential construction projects from conception to completion. Responsibilities:1. Oversee all aspects of the construction project from planning to implementation.2. Allocate resources for for assigned projects.3. Supervise onsite personnel and subcontractors.4. Interface with project inspectors, contractors, architects, engineers, city and county officials, and clients.5.. Negotiate with contractors to receive reasonable order costs.6. Maintain high standards of workmanship that adhere to to original plans and specifications.7. Prepare internal and external reports pertaining to job status.8. Plan ahead to prevent problems and resolve any emerging ones.9. Review the project in-depth to schedule deliverable and estimate costs.10. Ensure quality construction standards and the use of proper construction techniques.Qualifications:1. Bachelor's degree in construction management, architecture, engineering, or related field.2. Minimum of 3 years of experience as a Project Manager in the residential construction industry.3. Advanced knowledge of construction management processes, means, and methods.4. Understanding of all facets of the construction process.5. Familiarity with construction and and project management software programs.6. Ability to plan and see the "big picture"7. Competent in conflict and crisis management.8. Excellent time and project management skills.9. Outstanding communication and negotiation skills.10. Strong customer service and interpersonal skills.11. Proven leadership skills and the ability to drive a team.12. PMP or equivalent certification would be considered an asset.13.
