Job Description:
A company is looking for a Customer Success Manager to support
clients and enhance user experience.
Key Responsibilities
Manage day-to-day communications with clients in North America &
Europe
Oversee onboarding of new accounts and ensure successful
implementation
Partner with Product & Engineering teams on client implementations
and feedback
Required Qualifications
5+ years of experience in Client Services at a B2B technology
product company
Experience working with asset managers or institutional investors
is a plus
Knowledge of API, data analytics, and SQL is advantageous
Bachelor's degree or equivalent required
Ability to work effectively in a remote and global team
environment
