Job Description:
A company is looking for an Associate Legal Operations
Manager.
Key Responsibilities
Manage the contract lifecycle from intake to execution, including
maintaining contract databases
Act as the primary legal team interface with other departments to
enhance company-wide IT systems
Independently review, draft, and negotiate various sales and vendor
contracts
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree or equivalent with 2+ years' experience managing
legal technology, including CLMs
Experience drafting and reviewing MSAs, Order Forms, NDAs, and
related agreements
Experience managing time-sensitive, complex commercial contract
processes
Familiarity with CLM tools such as Ironclad, Zip, or Salesforce
Self-starter who works independently while being a strong team
player
