• Additional Info: DUTIES:- Clinically supervise the direct and indirect delivery of medical care and provide medical liaison to other center physicians and outside agencies.- Administratively supervise primary care physicians regarding scheduling, coverage, performance evaluation, etc.- Serve as a center physician providing direct and indirect medical services.- Privileged to assess/diagnose/treat adults and children for acute and chroniccare.- Assist in the recruitment and orientation of primary care physicians, NPs, and PAs as necessary.- Participate in training and quality improvement activities of the organization- Engage in daily contact with primary care providers.REQUIRED:- 10 year of experience - Must be licensed in good standing by the RI Department of Health as an MD/DO.- Must possess a current Rhode Island and Federal Controlled SubstanceCertificate. Authority to prescribe Buprenorphine/Suboxone preferred.- Must be board certified by the American Board of Family Practice.
