Registered Nurse (RN) | Emergency Room (ER) / Trauma Location: Windsor, VT Agency: Revolution Healthcare Services Pay: $2,672 per week Shift Information: Nights - 3 days x 12 hours Contract Duration: 13 Weeks Start Date: 2/17/2026 About the Position Job Opportunity – Emergency Department House Supervisor – Vermont Start Date: February 17, 2026 Location: Windsor, Vermont Compensation: Details provided to qualified applicants Schedule: 8-hour shifts, every other weekend, holiday availability as needed Highlights: Dual-role position combining Emergency Department nursing with House Supervisory responsibilities 10-bed Emergency Department with manageable patient volume of 8-15 patients per 24-hour period Short wait times with almost all patients seen within 30 minutes or less Cerner EMR system in a Critical Access facility environment Collaborative team including Physician Assistants 8-hour non-billable orientation provided Requirements: Active Vermont RN License or Compact State License Minimum 5 years recent inpatient nursing experience Current supervisory experience within the past 6 months (required) Critical Access facility experience required Cerner EMR proficiency required Current AHA BLS, ACLS, and PALS certifications Active TNCC (Trauma Nursing Core Course) certification Travel nursing experience preferred Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) or higher preferred Must possess reliable personal vehicle (required for rural location) Must reside more than 50 miles from the facility Why It's a Great Opportunity: This unique position offers the chance to blend clinical Emergency Department expertise with leadership responsibilities in a patient-centered Critical Access facility known for exceptional care and efficiency.
