Registered Nurse (RN) | Medical-Surgical Location: Windsor, VT Agency: Ventura MedStaff Pay: $2,058 to $2,258 per week Shift Information: Nights - 3 days x 12 hours Contract Duration: 13 Weeks Start Date: 2/17/2026 About the Position TravelNurseSource is working with Ventura MedStaff to find a qualified Med/Surg RN in Windsor, Vermont, 05089! Travel Medsurg/Telemetry is needed for 13 weeks to start ASAP in a facility in Vermont. VT license is required. Shifts consist of 7-7 with every other weekend. Certifications required are ACLS, and BLS. 2 years recent Med Surg/Acute experience is required. Recent Telemetry experience is required. Charge Nurse experience is required. Travel experience si preferred. EMR: Cerner. Nurse to patient ratio: 1 to 4/5. Average daily patient census: 22. Requested time off during the course of this assignment MUST be noted and verified at upload. RTO REQUESTS AFTER UPLOAD WILL NOT BE APPROVED Traveler will need to find their own coverage from available staff (approved by Manager) for RTO after assignment starts.
