A hospital system in the scenic Lakes Region of New Hampshire is adding Family Medicine Physicians due to a b ig demand for primary care services in this area (build patient panel quickly). About the opportunity: 4 day work week with office open Monday-Friday (8am-5pm) Call is shared between Physicians and Advanced Providers (averages 2 days per month) Average daily patient census is about 16 patients per day ( panel expectation is 1600) Site will have 3 Physicians and 3 Advanced Practice Providers when fully staffed with 1:1 MA ratio 2 year salary guarantee plus productivity incentives Full benefits package Location/ community: Located on the shore of Lake Winnipesaukee, this community of 7K people is known as the ?Recreation Center of New Hampshire? has an abundance of natural beauty and recreation including a ski resort, yacht club and state park The town hosts numerous events throughout the year, from summer craft fairs to winter ice fishing derbies & has excellent schools Located less than one hour from Manchester Regional Airport JV-6
