Job Description Certification Details - BLS - Massachusetts RN
License Job Details - RN Dialysis position at Nantucket Cottage
Hospital, part of Mass General Brigham system. - Variable shifts
generally starting at 5:30 AM, with some mid-morning to late
afternoon shifts due to extra patient treatments. - Work schedule
is 4 or 5 days a week with Sundays off. - Shared housing provided
at no cost. Job Requirements - Current Massachusetts RN License
required (no conditional licenses accepted). - Basic Life Support
(BLS) certification required (AHA preferred, Red Cross accepted). -
Must complete MGB FEMA ICS 100 Training prior to onboarding. - Fit
Test for N95 respirator within 365 days of start date, updated
annually. - Color vision test within 365 days of start. -
Documentation of MMR vaccination or immunity required. - Influenza
vaccine required during flu season (Sept 15 - April 30) with no
exemptions. - TB test documentation within 3 months of start date,
updated if >6 month break. - Health statement signed by
MD/DO/NP/PA within 365 days of start date, updated if >6 month
break. - Criminal background check within 45 days prior to start
date, updated if >6 month break. - Massachusetts CORI background
check within 30 days prior to start date, updated if >6 month
break. - Resume including past 7 years of work experience required
for submission. - Two recent references required, minimum one
supervisor or above in skillset. - Skills checklist required for
submission. - Confirmation of assignment/POI form required upon
acceptance and for extensions. - Education verification required
through background check company. - Social Security Number trace
required with criminal check. - National sex offender check within
30 days of start and updated annually. - Exclusion checks (OIG,
GSA, MassHealth & NH Medicaid) within 30 days of start and
annually. Schedule Information - Variable shifts generally starting
