Job Title: Charge Nurse Profession: Registered Nurse Specialty: Acute Care Duration: Temporary Shift: Night Hours per Shift: 12 Experience: 2 years in acute care setting with travel experience License: Active RN license required Certifications: BLS, ACLS, NIHSS Must-Have: - Skills Checklist matching specialty - Up-to-date resume - 2 recent Charge/Manager RN References Description: We are seeking an experienced Charge Nurse to provide high-quality patient care in an acute care setting. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of two years of experience in the specialty area and demonstrated travel experience. The nurse will be responsible for overseeing patient care, managing nursing staff, and ensuring compliance with clinical protocols. Additional competencies include the ability to administer Cardizem and Insulin Drips for hyperglycemia. Experience with phenobarbital on telemetry is also required. Candidates must pass a Dysrhythmia Exam with 80% during the onboarding process. This position may require floating to another facility as needed.
