Assignment Length: 13-week travel nursing contract - Shift: 12-hour
day, night, or rotating shifts - Guaranteed Hours: 36 hours per
week - Employment Type: Travel RN (W2 healthcare job) PCU RN
Qualifications - Minimum 2 years of recent PCU/Stepdown Registered
Nurse experience (travel nurse experience preferred) - Active New
Hampshire or Compact RN license (required at time of submission) -
Current BLS and ACLS certifications - Skills checklist matching
PCU/Stepdown specialty - NURSYS report verifying all active RN
licenses - Experience with Cerner EMR preferred - Must pass
Advanced Dysrhythmia exam (Relias) with 80% or higher - Willingness
to float to Medical-Surgical and Behavioral Health Annex units
(training provided) - Resume must document travel nursing
experience and relevant clinical skills PCU Nurse Responsibilities
- Provide high-quality, compassionate care to PCU/Stepdown patients
- Float to Medical-Surgical units and Behavioral Health Annex as
needed - Monitor, assess, and document patient status and progress
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary healthcare teams for optimal
patient outcomes - Administer medications and treatments according
to protocols - Educate patients and families on care plans and
recovery - Maintain accurate and timely documentation in the EMR
