Malone Healthcare - Nursing is seeking a travel nurse RN Stepdown for a travel nursing job in Burlington, Vermont. Job Description & Requirements - Specialty: Stepdown - Discipline: RN - Start Date: 02/23/2026 - Duration: 13 weeks - 36 hours per week - Shift: 12 hours, days, nights, rotating - Employment Type: Travel - At least 2 years of experience - every other weekend - Large facility & teaching facility experience required - Prior travel preferred; BLS, ACLS, & NIHSS required; NIHSS required prior to start - Must be willing to float to other units within Central Pool PCU; Must be flexible with scheduling; Floating Required (travelers float first): To M/S or other Progressive Care Areas; Experience in unit specialty: Cardiology with experience in post cath., stemis and structural heart patients. EPIC experience from within the past 2 years is required and nonnegotiable. Monday to Sunday; Bi-weekly Orientations on Monday.
