Job Description Job Description Job ID: 139685 Direct Hire Nurse Supervisor Role $41 to $69 per hour in Braintree, Massachusetts Clinical Magnet (part of Icon Medical) is looking for a Nurse Supervisor to join our partner's team in the Braintree, Massachusetts area. This is a DIRECT HIRE OPPORTUNITY Key Responsibilities: The Nurse Supervisor provides clinical leadership and operational oversight for assigned nursing units within the inpatient rehabilitation facility. This role ensures the delivery of safe, high-quality, and patient-centered care while supporting staff performance, regulatory compliance, and interdisciplinary collaboration. The Nurse Supervisor serves as a clinical resource, mentor, and liaison between nursing staff and leadership, promoting excellence in rehabilitation nursing practice. Key Requirements: - Current RN licensure as required by state regulations. - BLS certification with ACLS certification to be obtained within one year of starting position. - CRRN certification to be obtained within a year of meeting the eligibility requirements. - Bachelor's Degree in Nursing or related field preferred. - Two years of recent experience in an inpatient hospital setting (within the last five years). - Previous leadership role, such as charge nurse or lead capacity, where you were responsible for interim reporting, issue resolution, setting direction, and having accountability for patient and staff results.
