Apply now and a recruiter will reach out with more details. /n /n Minimum Requirements /n - Bachelor's, Master's, or Doctoral degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program approved by the APTA or relevant accrediting body. - Current, unencumbered New Hampshire physical therapist license or active license for the state the clinician will practice in prior to start. - BLS/CPR certification required. - Experience providing home health physical therapy and conducting home visits. Must have reliable transportation and valid driver’s license. - Familiarity with electronic documentation and basic computer skills, including email and online training platforms. - Client-preferred: 2–3 years of physical therapy experience. /n /n Assignment Details /n - Facility type: Home Health. - Shift: Days. - Schedule format: 5x8. - Must supervise and evaluate PTAs and home health aides as assigned. - Must perform patient evaluations, develop and update plans of care, document condition and progress, and provide in-home treatment per physician orders. - May be required to float to other nearby facilities within the agency network. /n /n Location Highlights /n /n Discover Londonderry, NH and the surrounding region.
