Job Description & Requirements - Specialty: LDRP - Labor Delivery Recovery & Postpartum - Discipline: RN - Start Date: ASAP - Duration: 13 weeks - 36 hours per week - Shift: 12 hours, rotating - Employment Type: Travel /n Job Description/n American Traveler is hiring an experienced RN for a Labor & Delivery - LDRP position in Massachusetts requiring a MA RN license and proficiency with Epic EMR. /n /n Responsibilities/n - Work in a LDRP unit serving an island community hospital - Care for obstetric and postpartum patient populations - 36 hours per week with rotating shifts - Epic EMR system is used and experience is required - Postpartum experience is required - Shared housing is provided at no cost for travelers - Must reside at least 60 miles from Massachusetts General Hospital in Boston to be considered a traveler - Care is provided to both year-round residents and a large seasonal population - Parking may incur costs depending on location - Holiday coverage may be required during assignment - Proof of MA licensure must be provided at the time of consideration /n /n Requirements/n - Active MA RN license required with no pending or conditional licenses accepted - Minimum of 1 year of relevant RN experience - Valid BLS (AHA preferred) and NRP certification required - Experience with postpartum care and Epic charting required - Flu vaccine required with no religious or medical exemptions allowed /n Benefits/n - High Pay and Bonuses - Medical, Dental and Vision Insurance with Day 1 Options - 401(k) Plan - Weekly Payroll Deposit - Free Online CEUs - Generous Housing Allowance - Travel and Licensure Reimbursements - Non-taxed Per Diem and Subsidy - Traveler Rewards and Discounts /n American Traveler Job ID P-614839.
