We are looking for an enthusiastic and customer-oriented individual to provide outstanding service to our guests. This position is essential in ensuring a positive first impression for our guests. You will be responsible for checking guests in and out, managing reservations, and addressing any guest inquiries or concerns with a warm and professional demeanor. We need a team member with the flexibility to work 7-3PM and 3PM -11PM shifts. Take advantage of our remarkable DailyPay feature, which allows you to receive your earnings on any day that you prefer. Pay: $17 - $18 Per Hour Shift : Part- Time Schedule: 3- 4 days a week mix shifts Responsibilities: Welcome guests and assist with check-in and check-out processes. Ensure all guest information is accurately recorded in the system. Answer phone calls and respond to inquiries in a courteous manner. Handle guest complaints professionally and efficiently. Maintain knowledge of hotel amenities, services, and local attractions. Assist with the management of reservations and room assignments. Collaborate with other departments to meet guest needs.
