- Review architectural decisions, solutions, and re-engineer
architectures to meet project requirements. Define architectural
and design details, aligning technical solutions with business
needs.
- Provide technical leadership in implementing and maintaining
ServiceNow modules such as ITSM, ITOM, HRSD, GRC, Custom
Applications, TPRM, and Integrations. Possess strong technical and
functional knowledge of these modules, guiding and mentoring the
team.
- Experience in handling operations projects as a lead and
architect.
- Drive resolution of critical production issues and optimize
performance.
- Excellent communication, presentation skills, client handling,
operations, delivery management, and risk management.
- Advanced knowledge of ServiceNow scripting.
- Hands-on experience with ITIL process implementation.
- Work on tickets actively, ensuring timely resolution.
- Lead and mentor the team, ensuring SLA adherence.
- Identify system monitoring, logging, and alerting
mechanisms.
- Identify opportunities for automation and process optimization
within ServiceNow capabilities.
- Collaborate with business and IT partners to drive ServiceNow
governance, access controls, and best practices.
- Design and develop custom applications on ServiceNow.
- Participate in technical delivery, documentation, and
creating/modifying workflows.
- Assist in migrating data into ServiceNow from various
tools.
- Create reports and dashboards to meet business needs.
- Strong expertise in JavaScript, AngularJS, HTML/CSS.
- Manage time effectively, handle team operations, and organize
tasks efficiently.
- Review team work according to ServiceNow best
practices.
- Develop solutions, prepare estimates, and demonstrate
capabilities through POCs.
- Understand functional, technical, and business requirements to
ensure successful implementation.
- Work with end users to troubleshoot and resolve
issues.
- Engage with client SMEs, lead calls, and propose solutions.
Salary & Compensation
Applications are accepted until 06/14/2025. The annual salary
ranges from $115,378 to $223,000, depending on experience and
qualifications. The position is eligible for Cognizant's
discretionary annual incentive program, based on performance.
