This position facilitates collaboration among stakeholders, including Product Owners and Solution Architects, while promoting continuous improvement through metrics, Test Automation, and CI/CD. The master also ensures effective communication, problem-solving, and decision-making to resolve challenges and align team efforts with organizational goals.Responsibilities

• Formalize project plans through daily stand-ups, sprint commitments, and sprint durations.
• Contribute strategically to departmental and project business plans, aligning with project strategy.
• Conduct sprint planning for upcoming sprints and define sprint goals and backlog.
• Provide input on project budgets and resource allocation.
• Manage allocated budgets efficiently to achieve project and department goals.
• Empower delivery teams with Agile and Scrum practices, helping them organize and manage their work effectively.
• Optimize team and individual performance by clarifying expectations, providing necessary skills and tools, and conducting regular retrospectives.
• Track and communicate team progress to product owners.
• Remove impediments to optimize work throughput and protect the team's focus.
• Monitor team velocity using tools like TFS and various charts and reports.Skills
