Ground and Maritime Defense Radar Software department is seeking a
highly motivated and skilled Radar Software Integration Engineer to
join the Radar Digital Product Line Software Integration team. You
will solve difficult, meaningful problems - contributing directly
to the development and integration of advanced radar systems
supporting critical defense applications. This role involves
integrating, testing, and troubleshooting complex radar software to
ensure mission critical performance in our Continuous
Integration/Continuous Development (CI/CD) environment. This is a
position requiring excellent problem-solving and analysis skills,
innovative thinking, and the ability to work both autonomously and
collaboratively within a close-knit integration team and across
multidisciplinary teams. The ideal candidate is curious,
comfortable learning new and unfamiliar technical areas, and takes
ownership of tasks to see them through. You are committed to
excellence and take pride in your work. You can adapt to changing
priorities and scope in an Agile environment. The position is
full-time on-site in our Marlborough, MA location. What You Will Do
Assist in the integration of new software functionality, with
guidance from senior engineers, apply appropriate system stimuli
and perform initial behavior/performance assessments,
write/configure automated analysis scripts (primarily in MATLAB),
add instrumentation to collect software and system performance
metrics. Execute and monitor automated tests and perform basic
triage of failures, working with guidance from experienced
teammates to write effective trouble reports to be resolved by
SME’s. Identify test gaps and modify existing tests for improved
test coverage and risk mitigation. Learn and apply system
troubleshooting, scripting, and analysis skills in a controlled
setting. Support collaboration between your team and various
cross-functional teams to define integration and test objectives
and to resolve software integration issues. Participate in Agile
software engineering practices. Document integration methodology,
test results, and troubleshooting steps to ensure knowledge
transfer and facilitate stakeholder engagement. Qualifications You
Must Have Typically requires a Bachelor’s degree in Science,
Technology, Engineering, or Mathematics (STEM) or equivalent and 2
years of prior relevant experience. Experience with at least one
high-level programming language such as C++ or Java. Experience in
reading and understanding code in layered software (follow calls,
variable scope, etc). Active and transferable U.S. government
issued Secret security clearance is required prior to start date.

for a security clearance. Qualifications We Prefer Familiarity with
a scripting language such as Python, Perl, or shell scripting.
Familiarity with Linux and the command line interface, editors and
built-in functions. Familiarity with MATLAB, Grafana, Jenkins.
Exposure to automated software testing. Understanding of software
multithreading concepts. Understanding of a version control system
(eg Git, Rational Clearcase. SVN). Good troubleshooting skills and
the ambition to learn how to autonomously triage and diagnose
issues in complex systems with the help of senior engineers.
Curiosity and ability to approach and learn unknowns. Exposure to
Agile methodologies and DevSecOps tools, CI/CD pipelines, etc. What

role is 68,900 USD - 131,100 USD. The salary range provided is a
good faith estimate representative of all experience levels. RTX
