innovative solutions for their most complex challenges. The Senior,
GTM Strategy - Connect role drives the strategic development and
execution of go-to-market initiatives for Amazon Connect across

Connect adoption data and market trends to identify growth
opportunities, then translate insights into actionable GTM
strategies. Your day involves collaborating with internal
stakeholders—sales leaders, product teams, marketing, partner
organizations, and enablement—to align on campaigns, messaging, and
field execution. You'll engage directly with customers (enterprise
C-suite executives and contact center leaders) to understand their
customer experience transformation needs and position Connect as
the solution. Problems you'll solve: - For customers: Articulating
ROI for cloud contact center migration and AI-powered customer
service - For field teams: Removing sales friction through
playbooks, tools, and competitive positioning - For the business:
Accelerating revenue growth through repeatable, scalable GTM
motions across target segments. About the team The GTM Strategy
team for Amazon Connect is a dynamic, high-impact group that sits
at the intersection of strategy, sales, and product innovation. Our
mission is to accelerate Connect's growth by developing data-driven
go-to-market strategies that unlock new market opportunities and
enable our field teams to win. We work backwards from customer
needs, diving deep into adoption patterns, competitive dynamics,
and market trends to inform strategic decisions that shape how AWS
brings Connect to market globally. Our culture is built on
collaboration, intellectual curiosity, and a bias for action. We
earn trust by listening to our field teams and customers, think big
about what's possible, and insist on the highest standards in
everything we deliver. We operate as strategic partners to sales
leadership, product teams, and cross-functional
stakeholders—serving as the connective tissue that translates
insights into execution. Team members are empowered to lead
high-visibility initiatives, influence C-suite conversations, and
drive measurable business outcomes. If you thrive in ambiguous
environments, love solving complex problems, and want to shape the
future of customer experience technology, this is the team for you.
