Counsel is seeking a Litigation Associate to join a top Am Law 50
firm in its Boston office. This role offers the opportunity to work
on complex commercial litigation, shareholder disputes,
white-collar matters, and internal investigations. Key
Responsibilities: Case Strategy & Management – Handle all phases of
complex litigation, including discovery, motion practice, and trial
preparation. Legal Research & Writing – Draft pleadings, motions,
and memoranda for high-stakes litigation. Client & Team Leadership
– Advise clients and oversee junior associates and business
professionals. Multi-Matter Coordination – Manage multiple
assignments in a fast-paced, high-level practice. Qualifications:
5-7 years of experience in complex litigation at a comparable law
firm. Strong research, writing, and analytical skills. Proven
ability to manage cases and collaborate with teams. High-level
academic achievement from a top law school. Compensation &
Benefits: Salary Range: $365,000 - $420,000 (Final offer based on
