East Bay Community Action Program (EBCAP) is seeking a Director
of Revenue Cycle for our Finance Department at 100 Bullocks Point
Avenue in East Providence, RI. The Director of Revenue Cycle will
report to the Vice President of Finance/Chief Finance Officer and
is responsible for enhancing, streamlining, and maintaining the
revenue cycle process through a cross-department/organizational
structure. She/he will achieve key performance measures that define
the revenue cycle performance and drive maximize organizational and

Due to the critical nature of this position to provide services
to the children, EBCAP is offering a two-step sign on bonus
totaling $1,000 for external applicants.
The successful candidate will monitor the billing department’s
daily activities to ensure consistent implementation of billing
regulations and procedures relative to Medicaid, Medicare, managed
care organizations, commercial third parties, sliding fee scales
and self-pay payers. She/he will be responsible for proposing,
creating, implementing and maintaining center-wide processes that
maximize billing, collections, and adherence to established
policies and procedures.
To meet the educational requirements of this position, The
Director of Revenue Cycle must have a minimum of a Bachelor’s
degree OR appropriate applicable experience and ten (10) years of
revenue cycle experience with progressive responsibility managing
revenue cycle functions. Two (2) years of management/supervisory
experience is required. Prior experience with electronic medical
record preferred. Medical Billing & Coding Certification.
Professional certification and experience in coding, auditing,
documentation and compliance with governmental and payer
regulations and guidelines is desired.
