Coworx Staffing is currently seeking Assemblers to join our team in the East Providence, RI area. In this role you will be responsible for cable and harness production, including wire crimping and cutting, visual inspection of parts, and solderingWorkplace Safety is Top of Mind. Your health and safety always come first. That is why our facilities are undergoing rigorous and regular cleanings. Face masks are required on site and social distancing measures are in place throughout our building. Everyone that enters the building follows these procedures. We've got you covered.Job Requirements:Primary Duties:* Interpret and follow work instructions* Prepare and assemble electronic, electrical and mechanical components* Use hand and pneumatic tools to strip and crimp wires or cables* Handle and label all wires, connectors and cables of assembled unit* Perform quality checks on components and finished productsRequirements:* Previous work experience with knowledge of wire preparation including cutting, stripping, and terminating* Ability to stand, walk, bend, and reach for extended periods* Strong attention to detail* Good manual dexterity * Ability to lift up to 50lbs occasionally* Familiarity with ruler, caliper, and micrometer measurementsBenefits Include:* Health, Dental, and Vision* 401(k)* Life Insurance* Disability Insurance* Employee Referral Programs* Monthly bonuses with permanent statusShifts Available:* 1st Shift 10am-6:30pmAt this time we are happy to offer phone or video interviews to interested candidates.
