Position summary:

Are you passionate about being detailed oriented and looking to work with entering data to make a difference at a Global company? We have the perfect position for you in our Master Data Entry Department! The Sr. Customer Master Administrator is the key person to enter all Customer Master Data, Standard A Price Data, and Material Price Group Status entries. These 3 components of Master Data will keep the engine going in the Order to Cash Flow cycle in Financial Shared Services Departments. As part of Shared Services, responsibility extends to multiple businesses with concentration in US and Canada markets. At times responsible for Latin America Markets

Responsibilities/ duties:

  • Create new customer accounts in SAP on a needed basis. Must adhere to and carry out corporate processes, as well as follow SOX guidelines
  • Solely responsible for maintaining all changes to Master Data in SAP while adhering to processes
  • Enters all A price changes in database upon receiving accurate approvals
  • Administers all closeout and good toy status flags upon receiving Financial approvals
  • Will have access to confidential data such as credit applications or customer specific data
  • SOX controls. Including but not limited to Global Boycott controls and collect Tax documents
  • Maintain tables and run occasional reports in SAP to continue to have Master Data accuracy
  • Under general supervision, proceed independently on regular duties. Referring concerns to Manager

Education and work experience

  • General Business degree preferred
  • 5 plus years in a business environment preferred
  • Fast paced environment, especially during key times of the year

Specific knowledge & skills:

  • Basic Word and Excel skills - Such as sorting, basic formulas, lookups and formatting
  • Flexible scheduling to accommodate season and year-end business requirements
  • Experience with SAP or similar database
  • Windows' applications - E-mail / Outlook/Microsoft 365
  • Able to learn and adapt quickly to a new database systems specific to Hasbro
  • Attention to detail and accuracy a must.
