Leading with innovation, Nordson EFD holds proprietary material and "0 waste" patents and technology to micro-dispense materials Job SummaryThe Spanish Bilingual Customer Support Representative I is responsible for supporting Nordson EFD's customers and field sales personnel to maximize the sale of EFD products and maintain best in class reputation through quality and accurate order processing.Essential Job Duties and ResponsibilitiesCreate and update standard sales orders and quotations in SAP received via fax, email from external and internal customers in a timely manner according to established goals of the SupervisorMaintains a professional demeanor in all communications with internal and external customersAnswers inquiries regarding order status, availability and pricing from sales reps and customersCompletes thorough and accurate electronic order processing and ensures customer data is maintainedEnsures prompt retrieval of website ordersAnswers operator calls, as necessaryDetermines best methods to resolve problems to ensure customer satisfaction, while adhering to organizational policies and work proceduresUnderstands when export compliance documents are required for shipment clearance and initiates communication with parties involvedProvides order management support to escalate customer resolutionCoordinates problem resolution with team members and other departments, as necessaryAble to adapt effectively in a fast-paced, changing environmentBase performance standards against established metrics to drive performance improvementsPerforms other duties as assignedEducation and Experience RequirementsHigh School Diploma or equivalentMinimum of 1-2 years experience in an office setting and customer service related roleProficient in all MS Office applicationsSAP experience preferredSpanish Bilingual CPreferred Skills and AbilitiesAssociates or bachelor's degreeExcellent written and verbal communication skills with a strong customer service, action-oriented mindsetGood organization skillsTechnical aptitudeTeam playerGood time management skillsRelevant experience in related business environmentExceptional teamwork, interpersonal and relationship building skillsAccurateSAP system knowledgeAble to work under pressureSelf-motivatedWorking Conditions and Physical DemandsOffice environment.
