Job Description:

Immediate full time position available. This is an excellent opportunity for a motivated and hard working Experienced Front Desk Medical Assistant to join our team. With four offices located around the Providence area; we strive to provide superior care for Rhode Island and Massachusetts communities. Our patient care is our top priority; you will be required to provide the highest levels of patient care and customer service.

Job responsibilities include: Patient Registration, management of patient flow in the clinic, scheduling/answering phones, date entry, Insurance Verification, pre-authorization requests, collecting copays, typing initial & final reports, and keeping clean treatment areas. Patient care when needed as back-up.

Bilingual, Spanish a plus. Also reliable transportation and ability to travel locally is necessary. The office hours are Monday thru Friday 8:30-6:00 with 1 of the days being 8:30-2:00. Medical office experience is required.
