• Growth opportunitiesJob DetailsJob Details:We are seeking a dynamic and dedicated Site Superintendent to join our thriving construction team. This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced professional to contribute to our high-profile construction projects. In this role, you will oversee on-site construction activities, from planning to completion, ensuring that projects are completed in a timely and cost-effective manner. Responsibilities:As a Permanent Site Superintendent, you will be responsible for:1. Overseeing all aspects of construction projects from planning to implementation, including coordinating workers, materials, and equipment.2. Ensuring that all construction activities align with project plans and specifications.3. Managing and supervising the daily operations of construction sites, including the work of subcontractors and trades.4. Ensuring that all work is performed in accordance with safety and quality standards.5. Coordinating and directing construction workers and subcontractors, ensuring they understand their roles and responsibilities.6. Resolving any on-site issues or disputes, ensuring all work is completed to the highest standard.7. Preparing internal and external reports on job status, including progress reports, budget reports, and safety audits.8. Collaborating with architects, engineers, and other construction professionals to discuss and resolve matters such as work procedures, complaints, and construction problems.9. Planning ahead to prevent problems and resolve any emerging ones.Qualifications:To be successful in this role, you will need:1. A minimum of 3 years of experience as a Site Superintendent, preferably in the construction industry.2. Proven experience in residential construction projects.3. Proficiency in interpreting and executing construction plans and blueprints.4. Strong knowledge of construction processes, equipment, and OSH guidelines.5. Excellent organizational and leadership skills.6. Ability to communicate and report effectively.7. Exceptional problem-solving abilities.8. Strong decision-making skills and a results-driven approach.9.
