your workflows.
In partnership with PMM, communicate with Product about integration
roadmaps, potential integration opportunities, and
limitations/frictions observed during hands-on work.
Establish and maintain a Slack support presence, particularly for
Sales and Support integration questions.
Manage and surface volunteer contributions as available from the
field.
Support Sales and Support teams in sales, retention, and expansion
opportunities with regard to technical alliances.
Collaborate with your Competitive Intelligence teammate on
overlapping technical efforts in AWS, Azure, Databricks, GCP, and
Snowflake, both to scale shared efforts by reducing workflow
duplication and minimizing vendor costs.
Knowledge, Skills & Abilities:
Strong understanding of data science, machine learning, and AI
technologies.
Hands-on experience with one or more of the following cloud
providers: AWS, GCP, or Azure.
Fluent in Python and SQL.

skills.

to translate technical concepts for diverse audiences.
Strong project management and organizational skills.
Some travel may be required (e.g., to AWS re:Invent).
Preferred Skills
Prior experience in a SaaS or technology-focused company.
Experience in the healthcare, retail, and/or financial services
industries.
Familiarity with industry trends and emerging technologies in data
science and AI.
Experience in developing and executing strategic partnerships and
