Job Description:
A company is looking for a Foreclosure Specialist II responsible
for managing the foreclosure process for mortgage loans.
Key Responsibilities
Monitor and manage the foreclosure process from referral to
post-foreclosure
Communicate with foreclosure attorneys to resolve delays and title
issues
Generate reports and provide status updates to investors during the
foreclosure process
Required Qualifications
Combined 3 years of higher education and/or work experience,
including 1 year in Default Servicing
Working knowledge of word processing and spreadsheet software
Experience in Default Servicing related fields (e.g., Collections,
REO, Loss Mitigation) preferred
Understanding of mortgage products, including home equity loans and
lines of credit
Experience reading and comprehending legal documents
