Position Title: Planning Associate, Resource GenerationPosition
Classification: Regular, Exempt; Full-Time; 40 hours/weekReports

sponsorship.Position Overview:The Planning Associate, Resource
Generation plays a critical role in ensuring the smooth and
strategic operation of the Resource Generation Branch. This
position supports branch-wide planning and administrative support,
project tracking, and internal communications to drive operational
excellence and cross-team alignment. Reporting to the Managing
Director of Resource Generation Strategy, the Associate will work
closely with the Resource Generation Branch's senior leadership
team comprised of fundraising, partnerships, and marketing and
communications functions to ensure clarity, cohesion, and
accountability across the branch and in collaboration with other
parts of the organization.Responsibilities:Planning and
Administrative Support (40%)
- Support regular strategic and operational planning, including
meeting coordination, materials preparation, and follow-up
tracking.
- Provide administrative and logistical support to the Resource
Generation leadership team, including scheduling, agenda-setting,
meeting administration, and documentation of key decisions.
- Maintain high-level view of major events, projects, and
deliverables across the branch.Project Tracking and Management
(30%)
- Monitor and track progress of cross-functional branch
initiatives and priority projects. Prepare status reports to ensure
visibility and accountability of major work across the branch.
- Identify and escalate risks to timelines or deliverables and
support problem-solving with relevant stakeholders.Internal
Communications Management & Cross-Branch Alignment (30%)
- Support the development of communications that support
alignment and transparency across the branch, including internal
updates, briefings, and other announcements to RGB staff.
- Facilitate information sharing and alignment within the branch
and across other branches.
- Ensure documentation of key decisions and learnings to support
knowledge management and continuous improvement across the
branch.Qualifications:
- Five years ofexperience working in nonprofit, philanthropy, or
related fields.
- Strong administrative management and project coordination
experience, preferably in a matrixed or global organizational
setting.
- Demonstrated ability to synthesize complex information and
communicate clearly across different audiences and formats.
- Highly organized, detail-oriented, and proactive in managing
competing priorities.
- Experience supporting senior leadership or executive-level
staff preferred.
- Familiarity with fundraising, partnerships, or communications
functions is a plus.

expected starting salary range for new hires in this position is
between $55,000-65,000/yearand may vary depending on multiple
individualized factors, including market for the position,
job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. The position belongs
to a class of roles that have a salary range between
$50,000-70,000/year. Subject to the terms and conditions of the
applicable plans then in effect, eligible employees may enroll in a
401(k) plan with employer match, as well as participate in
organization-sponsored medical, dental, vision, short-term and
long-term disability insurance, and basic life insurance plans for
the employee and the employee's eligible dependents. Full time
employees will receive 15 days of vacation, 12 sick days, 3
personal days, and 3 volunteer days in addition to paid time off
during the week between Christmas and New Year's Day, the week of
July 4th, and 11 additional holidays annually.Partners In Health
