They are now seeking a forward-thinking and people-driven HRBP
(Human Resources Business Partner) to help shape the future of
their North American team and drive impact across the full employee
life-cycle.Job DescriptionAs the local HRBP for North America, you
will be a strategic and hands-on partner to the business, reporting
directly to the overseas CHRO. This is a unique opportunity to help
steer a dynamic and fast-evolving organization through
transformational growth.
You'll collaborate closely with the leadership team to deliver and
embed high-impact initiatives across talent acquisition, employee
engagement, performance management, leadership development, and
cultural transformation. This role requires someone who thrives on
solving complex challenges, can influence at all levels, and has a
passion for nurturing a high-performance culture.
You'll play a key role in supporting a growing and diverse
workforce, shaping HR practices that are innovative,
human-centered, and commercially aligned.
Main duties and responsibilities include the following:
- Lead the execution of the People strategy in North America,
aligning local initiatives with global HR priorities.
- Act as a trusted partner to senior leaders and managers,
advising on organizational design, team development, and talent
planning.
- Coach leaders through change, transformation, and periods of
growth-equipping them to lead teams confidently
- Personally execute on all talent acquisition related
responsibilities
- Manage the full employee life-cycle: talent attraction,
on-boarding, performance management, development, and succession
planning.
- Provide thoughtful, fair, and legally sound guidance on
employee relations matters, resolving challenges with
professionalism and discretion.
- Drive improvements in employee engagement and retention by
leveraging data, surveys, and best practices.
- Champion the company's values and cultural vision, ensuring
they are embedded in everyday interactions and communications.
- Continuously assess and strengthen people processes to ensure
scalability, alignment with business needs, and exceptional
employee experiences.
- At present, there are no direct reports into this role but
rather a wider, global HR team.

Successful ApplicantIn return for a competitive remuneration
package, the successful candidate will possess the following:
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or related
field (or equivalent experience)
- 5+ years of experience in talent/ HR roles, specifically in
change management and organizational development
- Strong experience in Talent Acquisition
- Ideally, HR experience in a blend of both larger corporate and
SME experience
- Strong Interpersonal skills; Proactive, responsive, and ability
to work independently with all levels of the organization. Ability
to handle multiple conflicting tasks in a fast-paced environment is
a must
- Strong understanding of people and culture practices.What's on
