PositionBe a part of this innovative program that is the first of
its kind in Massachusetts. CCBC and the Department of Mental Health
(DMH) will work collaboratively in the PACT- Y (Program for
Assertive Community Treatment for Youth) program to meet the needs
of youth and families who want a creative, flexible, dynamic team
to support them in achieving their goals. The Family Support
Partner will help to establish and maintain engagement of youth and
their families, as a person with their own lived experience, who
can provide unique support, guidance and
