Job Overview: The Shift Supervisor will be responsible for the success of one or more assigned functions within the manufacturing plant. The Supervisor oversees all aspects of the production operation under the direction of the Operations Manager, including supervision, corrective action, and positive feedback to the production level employees. Will provide supervision to all employees during hours when functioning as most senior position on site. He/She will also be responsible for analyzing trends, problem solving and report directly to the Operations Manager. This role will be based in our Amsource facility in Rhode Island.
