our team as a Production Associate II. In this role, you will
perform first piece and in process inspection in the manual and
automated areas of the Tip Assembly Department. Under general
supervision, this position is also responsible for a variety of
assembly tasks with the aid of specialized fixtures and jigs such
as bending, cutting, application of glue and UV curing
equipment.How You Will Make an Impact:Safely and efficiently meet
all production work requirements assigned by following operating
procedures and work instructions.Perform all variable and attribute
in-process and first piece inspection as well as all applicable
tests for all products to meet product requirements. They are to
properly care for measuring and testing equipment.Interpret basic
EFD blueprint dimensions/notes specific to the parts being
inspected. Interpret basic X and R charts used to plot and track
product data, record results and document adjustments.Document all
inspection findings in Microsoft Word, Excel, or any other quality
monitoring systems in use.Operate necessary equipment to meet
required production schedules.Assemble, package, and label products
as required; accurately complete production recording as
required.Complete required documentation as outlined by process,
and inspection sheets, work instructions, and the document
traceability.Inspect finished and in-process product for
dimensional and cosmetic attributes according to defined
specifications. Disposition product as approved or
rejected.Contribute to success of team by submitting improvement
ideas, identifying potential problems, providing feedback on new
methods or method changes and by displaying a positive, cooperative
attitude in working with orders.Willing to cross train in other
areas and perform in those areas as needed.Practice good
housekeeping and appropriate measures to prevent pollution or other
negative impacts on the environment.Demonstrate and promote the
Nordson safety culture of "Journey to Zero" and that all accidents
are preventable.Other related duties as assigned.What We

3:30PMQualifications To Be Successful:High School Diploma or GED
preferredExperience working in a manufacturing or industrial
setting preferredPrior experience using scales and various
measuring equipment highly preferred.Some mechanical capability &
basic computer skills required.Detail-oriented, self-starter with a
passion to deliver excellence is essential.Team player with a
positive attitude and a willingness to learn and cross
train.Ability to read, write and communicate in English as it
relates to this position and safety required.Manufacturing
