Job Description:
Overview
Cayuse Commercial Services (CCS) delivers fresh solutions to
business challenges in the technology and business services

business process outsourcing, data services, and professional

as improved efficiency, reduced cost, increased profitability and

Responsibilities
Image Maintenance and Deployment: Maintain and update device images
for PSE devices, ensuring all software packages are current and
functional. Utilize SCCM and Nomad for efficient management and
deployment of these images.
Software Packaging: Create, test, and deploy software packages
based on specific requirements. Ensure compatibility and stability
across different device platforms.
ServiceNow Management: Handle incoming requests and issues through
the ServiceNow ticketing system. Prioritize and resolve these
requests within established timelines.
Incident Response: Provide timely responses to service disruptions
or software issues, though this will be a minimal aspect of the
role. Implement solutions that minimize downtime and user
impact.
Collaboration and Communication: Work closely with IT teams to
coordinate efforts and ensure alignment with overall business
objectives. Communicate effectively with team members and end-users
to understand requirements and provide updates.
Qualifications
Expertise in SCCM and Nomad: Demonstrated ability in managing and
deploying images and software packages using SCCM and Nomad.
Experience with ServiceNow: Proficiency in using ServiceNow for
ticket management and incident handling.
Problem-Solving Skills: Ability to troubleshoot and resolve issues
related to software packaging and device imaging.
Time Management: Capability to manage and prioritize tasks
effectively in a fast-paced environment.
Communication Skills: Strong verbal and written communication
skills to interact with various stakeholders and document
procedures clearly.
Pay Range
USD $25.00 - USD $40.00 /Hr.
