Who we are looking forThe Resiliency Client Engagement Analyst, AVP role supports Client Engagement Leads in the pursuit of operational resilience communication and engagement across State Street businesses, corporate resiliency and risk management programs, our clients, and our regulators.They will perform activities to support resiliency client engagement and resiliency client reporting, for example leading cross-functional data gathering efforts and working groups, data mining and analysis, developing client and internal presentations, and monitoring and responding to internal requests for client engagement support.This role requires effective communication, organizational and analytical skills. The successful candidate must be able to engage in cross-organizational effort and demonstrate project management skills.This role can be performed in a hybrid model, where you can balance work from home and office to match your needs and role requirements.What you will be responsible forAs a Resiliency Client Engagement Analyst, AVP, you will:

• Represent the Enterprise Resiliency Office to internal teams across the three lines of defense
• Engage with internal client-facing and operational teams to prepare responses to client-initiated resiliency questions
• Support the needs of the Resiliency Client Engagement Leads
• Develop presentation materials and research, review and gather back up materials and information to support client engagement activities
• Monitor client engagement metrics and support internal reporting needs
• Support and respond to RFP/DDQ requests for resiliency and business continuity
• Maintain awareness of current and emerging regulatory requirements, expectations and resiliency best practicesWhat we valueThese skills will help you succeed in this roleThe required skills and qualifications are:
