something bigger. As aDaycare Specialist, youll be right at the
heart of it all. Keeping tails wagging, building bonds with pups
and their people, and helping our team create a safe, joyful space
where dogs can truly thrive. What You'll Be Doing Leading small
play groups (1015 dogs) in safe, fun, and enriching activities.
Caring for pups with patience, compassion, and a watchful eye.
Maintaining clean and organized play areas, because a tidy space
keeps everyone happy. Sharing genuine updates with pet parents
about their dogs day. Supporting your teammates and jumping in
wherever youre needed. What Helps You Shine Here Youre reliable-
the dogs and your teammates can count on you. Youre observant and
communicative- you notice the little things that keep pups safe and
happy, and you speak up to keep the team and pet parents in the
loop. You follow structure- our group-play routines keep dogs safe,
happy, and thriving. Youre physically ready- lifting up to 50 lbs,
staying active, and working in all kinds of weather. Youre patient
and kind- especially with pups who have their own unique quirks.
Youre a team player- lifting each other up is part of the culture
here. Experience & Requirements Professional experience with dogs
preferred but not required (we'll train the right person) Ability
to stand, walk, bend, and remain active for most of the shift
Comfortable working with dogs of all sizes, breeds, and energy
levels Ability to follow safety protocols and company procedures
Reliable transportation and punctual attendance Schedule Daycare
hours: Monday - Friday, 6:30 AM to 6:30 PM. Team shifts are
scheduled between 6:15 AM to 7:00 PM. Must be available for opening
and closing shifts. Holiday schedule follows facility closures.

behavior, group management, and safety protocols CPR/First Aid
