Range: $215,954 - $222,954 Please note that the final offer may
vary within this range based on a candidate's experience, skills,
qualifications, and internal equity considerations UMass Memorial
Medical Group is seeking a Board-Eligible or Board-Certified Child
and Adolescent Psychiatrist to join our growing team at Community
Healthlink (CHL) in Worcester, Massachusetts. We welcome and

the opportunity to provide high-quality, community-based
psychiatric care while engaging in teaching, mentorship, and
academic pursuits within a nationally recognized Department of
Psychiatry. About the Department of Psychiatry The UMass Memorial
Health Care Department of Psychiatry is the largest provider of
psychiatric services in Central Massachusetts, with more than 400
faculty members working across UMass Memorial Health, UMass Chan
Medical School, and public-sector settings. We integrate clinical
care, research, education, and community partnerships to help
individuals and families recover from mental illness and addiction.

About Community Healthlink Community Healthlink (CHL) has a

substance use disorder services throughout the region. With 1,300

Adolescent Psychiatrist to provide psychiatric evaluations,
medication management, and longitudinal, team-based care within our
outpatient Youth and Family Services program. The ideal candidate
will demonstrate a strong commitment to community child and
adolescent psychiatry and serving diverse and underserved
populations. Position Highlights Outpatient-focused role providing
evaluation and medication management Collaborative, team-based care
model offering longitudinal treatment Opportunity for involvement
in teaching and supervision of child psychiatry fellows, residents,

Programs & Services Chosen to be the Community Behavioral Health
Centers (CBHC) for Central MA since January 2023 Adult and child
emergency mental health and substance use evaluation and services
Adult and child outpatient mental health treatment Child and
Adolescent outpatient mental health treatment Programs include:
Juvenile Court Clinic, TFK – Together For Kids Coalition, Victim
Services, Early Intervention and School Based Services
Rehabilitation services for adults with serious mental illness (by
DMH referral) Substance abuse treatment services for adults
including inpatient programs, residential recovery treatment, and
outpatient counseling PACT Team (Programs for Assertive Community
Treatment) Geriatric behavioral health consultation services
Education & Training Environment UMass Memorial Health offers
